PAK Meeting @ St. Michael Parish Hall

We had eleven sorority sisters to come to our meeting last evening and got a lot of business taken care of.  It was great to see everyone and to fellowship.  We discussed our philanthropy for November (e-mails sent out yesterday by Ginger) and our Christmas Party coming up with the philanthropic being for the Children's Shelter.  Our Christmas Party will be December 12, 2020, at 7:00 pm at Billy's Italian Restaurant.

Catfish Row Sorority Meeting Yesterday

Here are some pictures I took from our Catfish Row sorority meeting yesterday.  We only had seven of us to meet and it was very fruitful.  Ginger brought some pumpkin dip with apple slices, chips, and water for us to snack and drink.

Secret sister gifts are sitting on the walkway while Katie and Ginger put Vicksburg Family Development philanthropic supplies in Ginger's van before the meeting started.

Those attending were Anita Hossley, Katie Hossley, Janey Seabeargh, Cindy Calais, Ginger Berney, Alice Hebler, and myself.

A pretty autumn view of Catfish Row on a cloudy, cool, and windy day.  We got a lot accomplished within an hour.

Ginger, our president.

New Vicksburg flags on the poles at Catfish Row.

Cindy Calais all bundle up from the cool temps.

Getting ready to leave after our meeting.  We discussed our November meeting and may try and get St. Michael's Parish Hall, and also our December Christmas Party at Billy's Italian Restaurant is in the works.

Sorority Sisters To Meet In October

Sorority Sisters:

Ginger, our Sorority President has offered to have everyone come to her home to hang out on her patio and/or to meet at a park on Saturday, October 17th, sometime in the afternoon.  We need to talk about our potential options for this year.  Also, if you can bring donations for our philanthropic, Vicksburg Family Development Service.  Ginger will be contacting them to see what they need the most right now.  I will be getting back to you to finalize the place and time to meet and discuss our plans for the rest of our sorority year.

Survery For Our Sorority Meetings

Sorority Sisters:

I'm sending out this survey per our Sorority President Ginger to see who would be able to attend our sorority meetings and who would be willing to host it in their homes.  Also, who would wear a mask at the meetings. It’s possible that eating may not be an option right now.  These are trying times and would like to get your input on holding our meetings for the rest of the year.

Thanks in advance for your quick response.
